Secondary Assistance Scheme
The Secondary Assistance Scheme is available to parents/guardians with children enrolled in secondary schooling who hold an eligible concession card valid during Term 1 and Term 2. The card must be valid for 4 weeks during this time.
Fill in the form and either email to warnbro.chs@education.wa.edu.au including a scanned copy, screenshot or photo of both sides of your concession card or hand your form to accounts in our main administration with your concession card.
NOTE: We will not be able to process forms without sighting your concession card.
Card accepted are Pension Concession Card, Health Care Card and Veterans’ Affairs.
