Enrolment Applications for Year 7
Enrolment Application packages are delivered to local contributory primary schools and are given to students.
These packages are also available upon request from the Administration Office during open hours by any parent.

Application for Enrolment Form Secondary
Once you have completed the application, email to Warnbro.CHS@education.wa.edu.au
You will need to include with your application
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Address
- Immunisation history
- Information related to health or medical condition, disability to additional needs
- Proof of visa; copies of Family Court or any other court orders (if applicable)
To apply to WCHS you must be in our local intake area. Please call our administration staff on 9528 9400 to discuss enrolling your child, if out of our intake area.
Once Your application has been accepted we will forward you the following documents to complete and return to WCHS:
- Enrolment Form
- Student Health Information Form
- WCHS Specific Information Form
Please note enrolment is not complete until we have received all required documents.

Once received, a completed Application for Enrolment is then reviewed and approved or declined.
All incoming students and their parents/carers must attend an enrolment interview prior to commencing at WCHS.
Before your interview you will received Enrolment Form and Student Health Information Form that will need to be completed before attending the interview.

The following defines the local-intake area for Warnbro Community High School:
(From a point on both the coastline and the western extension of Hokin Street, east along this extension to Hokin Street, north-east along Hokin Street (both sides excluded) to Safety Bay Road, east along Safety Bay Road (south side included) to Ennis Avenue, south along Ennis Avenue (both sides included) to Port Kennedy Drive, south-west, west and north-west along Port Kennedy Drive (both sides included) to the coastline and generally north along the coastline to the western extension of Hokin Street.
